My beginnings as an electrician (14 years of experience)

When I started as an electrician more than 14 years ago, I didn't know where this profession would lead me. I worked on residential, industrial, and public construction sites… and everywhere, I saw the same reality: the safety of workers depends directly on the conformity of their equipment.

I was fortunate to be trained by Martine Smith, a recognized and respected professional in the field of dielectric inspection and certification. She taught me:

SHQ Solution: My First Steps in Inspection

I started at SHQ Solution, where I was able to apply my initial knowledge in the field. It was there that I understood the importance of thorough testing and its direct impact on team safety.

DCF: where everything solidified — and where I hit the road

At DCF, I honed my skills:

equipment certification
high voltage tests
the complete compliance processes
To learn and study ASTM and CSA standards

It was also at DCF that I started traveling alone to conduct inspections directly at clients' sites. I learned to work:

in the extreme cold of Quebec
with tons of insulating gloves to test alone
under pressure, with tight deadlines
while maintaining the precision and rigor that the profession demands

These experiences have hardened me , helped me grow professionally and prepared me to become self-reliant, resilient and confident in this demanding field.

The birth of ZenithLogix Distributor Inc.

With the experience and expertise I have gained, I founded ZenithLogix Distributor Inc., a mobile service capable of inspecting, certifying and distributing essential equipment directly to customer sites.
